Tips to booking your private room

1. Confirm date and time with us; the room is not secured until a deposit of £100 is paid. The room are subject to minimum spend.

2. You should budget for a minimum of £30 per head or £50 per head if you are covering a few drinks.

3. Agree the set menu for your party, you can find this on our site, and let us know 48 hours before the party

4. You can come and decorate the room an hour before the party

5. Have a good time!

Terms & Conditions

  1. Accepted payment methods: cash, card and …
  2. A non-refundable £100 room hire deposit is required when booking your event.
  3. Parties served in the room must pre-order from our set menu 48hours before the reservation.
  4. Minimum spend amounts will apply to all rooms.
  5. Minimum spend: K2 is £250, K3 is £450, K4 is £500, K6 is £700
  6. The minimum spend previously agreed with the events departments must be reached on the day of your event. If it is not met, then the remaining balance will be charged as additional room hire.
  7. All purchases will be on one tab unless otherwise arranged with the events department in advance.
  8. Bills must be paid on the day of your event.
  9. If outside food or alcohol is brought in without prior written consent from, management, it will incur a £100 fine.
  10. Our standard corkage fee is £30 for spirits and £20 per 750ml bottle of wine or bubbly.
  11. 12.5% non-discretionary charge will be added to your bill which does contribute towards your minimum spend.

Cancellation Policy

If the event is cancelled 7 days leading up to your booking, the deposit is none refundable. Cancellation must be done by email and must be confirmed back in writing from our team. Email info@chinapalceexcel.com for all correspondence.
